I’m Julie Rowlands,  licensed ‘Heal your Life’ teacher and coach, DoTerra wellness advocate, 

My focus is teach you how to use the beautiful philosophies taught by Louise Hay and the powerful Natural Solutions of doTERRA Essential Oils and wellness products in your life.

I believe in using all the wonderful tools available to us, to support ourselves with extraordinary self care. This can include a variety of modalities including tapping (EFT,) yoga, (I love Bikram yoga) Meditation and journalling amongst others.

Here is where you can be seen and heard as the absolutely beautiful person you are.

My focus is teaching you to create more of what you want in your life and less of what you don’t want!

How to love and accept yourself, just how you are, and change the things you want to change, easily and quickly so you your life is full of joy, happiness and peace

and so create your best life possible on YOUR terms.
